Red barn siding is one of the most recognizable materials in American vernacular architecture, and one that is increasingly difficult to source authentically. Our prefinished red barn siding begins with reclaimed, weathered barn boards and applies a specially formulated latex paint designed to replicate the look of original red-painted barn wood while preserving the reclaimed texture and aged surface beneath.
The result is a prefinished product that arrives ready to install, with the weathered patina and reclaimed character of the original wood still visible through the finish. Variation from board to board in color, texture, and surface wear is part of what gives the material its authenticity, allowing large installations to feel natural rather than uniform. Available in shiplap, tongue-and-groove, and straight-line ripped profiles for both interior wall paneling and exterior siding applications. |
