Reclaimed Wood Beams
Reclaimed wood beams carry a surface character that no new timber can replicate. The aged patina, hand-adzing marks, circle-sawn texture, nail holes, and evidence of prior use on these beams are the result of decades or centuries of structural life in antique barns and historic buildings. Each timber is genuinely one of a kind.
We hand-select salvaged timbers for structural integrity and surface character, and prepare them for installation with heat treating, pressure washing, and custom milling to your dimensional specifications. Finishing options are available to protect the surface and enhance the wood's natural color and texture.
We specialize in hand-hewn and rough-sawn antique barn beams, reclaimed Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Redwood timbers, and box beams for applications where a solid timber is not required. Our beams work equally well in old-world farmhouse interiors, contemporary timber frame homes, and commercial spaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
