French Oak Flooring
French Oak flooring occupies a distinct place in the world of hardwood floors. Imported directly from Europe and FSC®-certified, it brings a depth of character, color variation, and surface texture that domestic oak simply does not replicate. Finished with reactive stains and natural oil finishes that work with the oak's own tannins, each plank is a live-sawn wide board revealing all three grain orientations in a single face, the medullary rays, cathedrals, and linear grain that give French Oak its unmistakable Old World warmth.
We offer three collections. The Vintage Plank Collection features heavily wire-brushed planks with an undulated surface and softly rounded edges, evoking a floor that has gracefully aged over generations. The Artisan Plank Collection is carefully aged and distressed with chipped edges that mirror the natural wear of historical materials. The Old World Farmhouse Collection is handcrafted by French artisans, featuring an uneven, undulated surface with cracks, discolorations, and oil stains that proudly display the full character of time-worn wood.
