Weathered grey barn siding is reclaimed from antique barns across North America, where decades of sun, rain, and exposure have drawn the wood's natural color out and left behind the silvery grey tones that make this material so distinctive. No stain or artificial finishing process produces the same result. The color is the wood itself, permanently altered by time and weather.
Each board is sorted, de-nailed, kiln dried, and custom-milled to the profile required for the project. We offer weathered grey barn siding in a range of profiles, including shiplap, tongue-and-groove, and straight-line ripped, making it suitable for both interior wall paneling and exterior siding applications. Variation from board to board in color, texture, weathering, and surface character is part of what gives installations their depth and authenticity. The overall appearance is naturally weathered grey with tonal variation that reflects each board’s individual history and exposure. |
