San Rafael ResidenceCollaborating with Lauren and Sarah at @rhinteriordesignstudio on this San Rafael residence in 2019 was a rewarding experience. Black’s Farmwood supplied wide-plank wood flooring that complements the project’s calm, contemporary palette. After reviewing several options, the design team selected 8-inch-wide engineered European-cut white oak finished with Rubio Monocoat Pure Oil. The flooring’s natural tone and subtle variation complement the interior architecture, and the finished result beautifully met the homeowner’s goals.
